Pastor Paul is not only my Father, but also my closest friend and mentor in the ministry. When my father was led of the Lord in 1996 to plant our local church, New Beginnings Baptist Church, I never knew when I was 6 years old that I would one day have the privilege and honor to be trained in the ministry by “one of the greats” in my book. I served as Pastor Paul’s Assistant Pastor from 2012 through 2018 and can testify without hesitation that he is one of the most genuine and sincere preachers I’ve ever known. In April of 2018, Pastor Paul had confirmation from the Lord that it was time to run a new course in the ministry, and he nominated me as his successor as Pastor of New Beginnings Baptist Church. I am truly excited to see the potential of how the Lord will continue to bless my father’s gifted ability in the power and practicality of expository preaching and find it a privilege to represent him as his sending Pastor. He has been an incredible encouragement to me as a young preacher as I continue to see his grit to press on in the ministry, and be a blessing to local churches across our country and beyond!
